Why do I have to pay for the plans?

Some of these products have taken years of hard work and trial and error to design and build. We have spent many, many hours drawing up and designing these plans. We are charging money for the plans to cover our time and expenses involved in making them and on designing new products for the future.

Why can't you tell me how the Diesel is made for Free, without paying for the plans?

If we were to tell you how the Free Diesel is made, you would not need our plans and instructions. If you did not have these detailed plans and instructions, you would not be able to correctly make the Free Diesel. We have had explosions in the manufacture of Free Diesel. This was before making the plant exactly as it is now. If you do not have the safety features that we have built into the plans, the chances of you having DANGEROUS explosions, are VERY HIGH!

Why do I have to sign an agreement before paying for the plans?

The agreement it to ensure you do not sell the plans to others after buying them from us. It also covers us from litigation by you for any damage caused by following our plans. (Please note: This is just a basic description of what the Agreement of Confidentiality, Indemnity, and Non-Disclosure says. This information can in no way replace or defer what the agreement says. Please see the agreement for all the official terms and legal notes.)

It has been two days since I sent in my signed copy of the agreement, why haven't I yet received the plans?

After we receive your fully completed, signed and witnessed copy of the Agreement of Confidentiality, Indemnity and Non-Disclosure we will email you a payment request so you can pay for the plans. Some times due to a large number of requests, this cannot always be done within the same day. Also due to weekends and other family commitments, we cannot always do this over the weekend, as we are only a family business, not some large corporation. We endeavor to send you the payment request within 72 hours of receiving your completed agreement. If for some reason it has been 72 hours and you have not received your payment request, please email us to kindly remind us!

Why is it that when I try to fax the Agreement back to Verrall Electrical, the fax line is always busy?

Sometimes due to a large number of faxes coming in, our fax machine is unable to keep up! Please be patient and retry later. Otherwise you can email it to us. You can also email us to check if the fax is up and running but this fault should be rare!
